TripLog is packed with features for Enterprise users. One of our unique features is the ability to upload a company address book, such as a list of customers or office buildings to visit, and share it with everyone on your team. So next time, a driver goes to one of the known places, the app will pick up the preloaded location. If one of the employees visits a new customer and saves the location, that place will be shared among others. It’s a nice feature to consolidate the locations and make the reports easier to read.
At TripLog, data privacy and security is our highest priority, that’s why we use the latest data security technology and follow industry standards on data encryption to make sure your data is safe and secure. In addition to our global database encryption at rest, you can turn on encryption on certain data fields that may contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI).
With our Professional and Enterprise plans you have the ability to sync your data with our Web Dashboard. This feature will also give you the option to sync that data with multiple devices. Automatically the app will sync overnight to keep your data on the web in sync with your devices.
Google map distance vs. actual driving distance settings allow TripLog to auto adjust or “red flag” each trip that exceeds the suggested driving distance. The account administrator can adjust the setting to an allowable distance to exceed before the adjustment or overridden alert is triggered.
The Lock user auto start settings gives the admin the ability to choose an auto start option and lock the option for all drivers.
Admins also have the option to lock the driver’s ability to update essential trip information once it has been created (for example – trip date and time, trip mileage, and the starting and ending locations.
This is a feature used by companies that want to customize their app interface and web dashboard to display and track functions only relate to them. For example you might not want to show the mileage rate/ dollar amount to all your drivers, so you’d simply uncheck it and save. The drivers now will no longer see that on their app.
Other major components are: odometer reading, fuel, expenses/transactions, fleet real-time tracking, and approval management.
