Generally, you control the amount and type of information that you provide to BizLog when using our Website.
As a Visitor, you can browse our Website to find out more about our Website. You are not required to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information as a Visitor.
However, if register as a Member to use our Website, you must provide Personally Identifiable Information to BizLog in order for us to provide you with certain features of our Website. As a Member, we collect your Personally Identifiable Information in the following ways:
2.1. At Member Registration
When you register for membership, we collect your name and email address.
Use of our Service requires payment. We collect and store the billing information (name, billing address, and email address). We do not receive or store credit card information (number, expiration, and security code). Payment card information is submitted directly to our payment processor.

There may be online forms used in our Website. The information you enter into these online forms may contain Personally Identifiable Information.
If you use our Application, you may enter information into the Application that you think is Personally Identifiable Information. However, all information that we collect through our Application, including, but not limited to what you enter in the Application, your mobile device’s ID (IDFA and Android Advertising ID), IP address, operating system type and version, non-reversible hashed email address (meaning that your email address is not discernible and cannot be reconstituted), and geolocation data (latitude/longitude, horizontal accuracy, speed) is considered Non-Personal Information. You should take special care that any comments you chose to enter do not contain your Personally Identifiable Information or that of other people.
3. Computer Information Collected
When you use our Website, BizLog automatically collects certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile device or web browser with our Website. Such information is typically considered Non Personal Information. BizLog also collects the following:
3.2. Web Beacons
We may also use a technology called, web beacons, to collect general information about your use of our Website and your use of special promotions or newsletters. The information we collect by Web Beacons allows us to statistically monitor the number of people that open our emails. Our Web Beacons are not used to track your activity outside of our Website. We do not link Non Personal Information from Web Beacons to Personally Identifiable Information without your permission.
3.3. Automatic Information
We automatically receive information from your web browser or mobile device. This information includes the name of the website from which you entered our Website, if any, as well as the name of the website to which you're headed when you leave our website. This information also includes the IP address of your computer/proxy server that you use to access the Internet, your Internet Website provider name, web browser type, type of mobile device, and computer operating system. We use all of this information to analyze trends among our Users to help improve our Website.
3.4. Geolocation Data
The nature of the service requires collecting geolocation data from users’ mobile devices while the mobile app is actively tracking mileage. The tracking status is clearly displayed on the user mobile devices. They are captured through cellular networks, WiFi networks, and/or GPS satellites. The information contains latitude/longitude, horizontal accuracy, speed, as well as reverse-geocoded postal address. They are non-PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data.
4. How We Use Your Information
BizLog uses the information we receive from you as follows:
We primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information in order to provide you with our Service.
4.2. Communications and Email Alerts
When BizLog communicates with you about our Website, we will use the email address you provided when registering as a Member. We may also send you service alerts regarding your use of our Website. Finally, we may also send you emails with promotional information about BizLog, unless you have opted out of receiving such information. You can change contact preferences at any time through your account. While you can opt-out of promotional messages, you cannot opt-out of receiving service alerts.
4.3. Customizing Our Website
BizLog may use the Personally Identifiable information you provide to us along with any computer information we receive to customize our Website.
4.4. Sharing Information with Affiliates and Other Third Parties
We may share non-personally identifiable information with our affiliates, third party partners and agents in order to improve our systems and products, and for other research and analytical purposes. We may also share data with third-party contractors and service providers who work on behalf of us. For clarity, your Personally Identifiable Information is NOT exposed as any part of this data.

BizLog may be legally required to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information, if such disclosure is (a) required by subpoena, law, or other legal process; (b) necessary to assist law enforcement officials or government enforcement agencies; (c) necessary to investigate violations of or otherwise enforce our Legal Terms; (d) necessary to protect us from legal action or claims from third parties including you and/or other Members; and/or (e) necessary to protect the legal rights, personal/real property, or personal safety of BizLog, our Users, employees, and affiliates. 4.7. Administrative Access
Administrators do not have the ability to remotely activate or deactivate the TripLog app on a user’s phone or device. Reminder - for any phone or device using an app, the app must be turned on to work. If you force close the app or restart your phone, you must open the app when you turn your phone back on for it to track mileage data. The app can be running in the background and phone screen can be locked during tracking.
5. Changing Your Information
You may change your Personally Identifiable Information at any time using the Profile Page & Settings Tab on our Website or through similar functionality that we may include in our Application. You will be also be able to opt out of sharing certain pieces of Non-Personal Information (i.e. your Android Advertising ID) if you do not wish it be collected.
6. Protecting Your Child's Privacy
Our Website is not designed for use by a Child. We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from a Child. You acknowledge that we cannot accurately verify the age of our Users nor do we have any liability to do so. If you are a parent or legal guardian who suspects their Child is attempting to use our Website, please contact us immediately to remove your Child's information. We will ask you to provide identification to confirm that you are indeed the Child's parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use our Website.

BizLog and our affiliates fully comply with laws regarding SPAM. You can always opt out of receipt of further email correspondence from BizLog and/or our affiliates. We agree that we will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any unaffiliated third-party without your permission.
BizLog has constructed our Website using industry standard encryption and authentication tools, and administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in order to protect your confidential and Personally Identifiable Information. When we collect your Personally Identifiable Information through our Website, we encrypt this information and attempt to prevent unauthorized access to it by using industry standard technologies, such as encryption Website, routers and firewalls.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot completely guarantee that your Personally Identifiable Information is completely protected. We strongly urge you to protect any password you may have for our Website and to not share it with anyone. You should always log out of our Website when you are not using it, especially if you are sharing a computer or mobile device with someone else or are using a public computer.

To use our Service, you will be required to provide a payment source (i.e. credit card) for using various features of our Website. You acknowledge that we don't store your payment source information directly on our servers and use PayPal to process your payment source. We work with PayPal and CardConnect to make sure your payment source information is encrypted and protected. However, you understand and agree that we do not control nor can we be liable for the acts of third parties. If you see what you believe to be fraudulent transactions regarding our Website, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to work with you and authorities to help resolve such issues.
