    How to remove duplicate data

    Duplicate data happens when you merge data from multiple devices and there is some shared data among the two data sets.

    To remove duplicate data, log in to the website then open the Locations or Vehicles tab. Click the button “Delete Duplicates“. This will clean up the duplicates on the website. Next, on each mobile device, open TripLog app > menu > Data > Sync and edit data on web > choose Pull from Web. This will clean up the app data.
